Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping to you, within the 48 contiguous states, is FREE. Items cannot be returned after 30 days. Final sale items or customized items cannot be returned. Scarves that have been worn cannot be returned. To avoid damage to your delicate silk scarf please read the CARE instructions.
Please follow these steps:
- Email me: cvsharkey@yahoo.com This is my personal email and I will be sure to receive it and will respond. Please let me know why you wish to return the item. The item must be in unused new condition for a full refund.
- If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, your email may have gone into my spam folder, which I check at least a couple of times a week.
- Pick a carrier who will supply a tracking number and keep track of that tracking number in case it is needed. Email the tracking number to me so that I can expect the delivery and can process your refund. Caravan West Silks will not be responsible for any item returned that is not clearly documented as delivered to the company address.
- Return shipping will be paid in advance by the person returning the item. Should there be a reasonable defect in the item then you will be reimbursed in full plus the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed only AFTER the item is received by Caravan West Silks.
